I wish I could put into words how much I love this couple. I met Janell a little over a year ago. I was looking for a 2nd shooter and I found more than that, she has become a great friend. She is literally the kindest person i’ve ever met and when I talk about her, I always put my hand over my heart, because that’s just how people feel around Janell.
I was so excited when she asked me to be a part of her and Kyle’s wedding. She had a vision, she wanted it small, in the woods, with snow on the ground. It didn’t seem like too much to ask, since we live in Michigan. Our first huge snow fall happened right before Christmas, unfortunately, these two didn’t have everything ready just yet. We had been texting back and forth wishing that we would see snow in the forecast, but it wasn’t looking good! Then it finally happened, so they rushed to get everything done in just under a week, and it turned out perfect.
These two, they are so in love. They both care so much about each other, even the gifts they gave each other were some of the most thoughtful I had ever been a part of. They also gave every single person that attended their wedding a gift, that Janell handmade. Told you she was great. I am so happy for these two and I am so thankful and grateful I was there to capture this beautiful day. It’s weddings and people like this that give me the best job in the world. I love you two! xoxo
Kyle made this for Janell our of their first Christmas Tree. He wanted to surprise her with it at the ceremony and he carved, “forever my love” into it. How cute are they?? Janell’s mom seeing it for the first time right here.
