It’s amazing how you can meet someone years ago, to become Facebook friends and years later, fly to Colorado to document their wedding. This is the story of Becky and I. I had met her at a mutual friend’s wedding way back when, before I was even doing photography. We were social media friends and I had no idea she had been following my journey. The day came when she asked if I would consider coming to Colorado for her and Ryan’s wedding day. I didn’t even have to think about it, a wedding with a couple so in love, in the mountains…no brainer right there! Becky and Ryan met when she rented him his apartment, he had no idea this place would change his life! These two definitely have a special bond, Becky was so incredibly nervous, but as soon as she saw Ryan, they were gone and it was such an amazing site to experience them seeing each other for the first time. Although the day was unpredictable with the weather, these two didn’t let it get them down and it turned out to be an incredible day..and now they will have good luck for years to come with the rain that came 🙂 I am so happy for you two and am so lucky you chose me to document your day. xoxo

One of my favorite moments of the day, Ryan couldn’t help but take a photo of his bride to be!

Becky had bought tickets to take the Gondola up the mountain to take bridal photos and they told us there was a storm rolling in!

Then the rain came!

I told the guys to show me their best gangster pose.

Since their was lighting, the Gondola closed so we were stuck at the top of the mountain, time for some shots!

As soon as we got back down the mountain, the rain stopped!
