This trip was just what I needed to get some inspiration. Pam and Dave are the clients I love, they are willing to do a whole lot to get some unique photos. When we were first talking about their engagement photos, they were talking about flying me out for a shoot in TX. After some thought, they figured it would just be easier to do them over Christmas somewhere in Detroit. I had been really excited about heading somewhere new that I did some research and talked Pam into doing them out there again:) I had found this place, Caprock Canyon and it just so happened Dave and Pam had gone camping there last year. So I hopped on a plane, drove 4 hours, stayed in a hotel in a small town, ate texas shaped pancakes in the morning, saw some buffalo, and almost got lost in the middle of nowhere on the way home in the dark.  It was all worth it.  I’m so glad Pam and Dave were in for an adventure, this trip was unforgettable and I can’t wait to be a part of your wedding! 🙂 xoxo
